RETURNS & REFUNDS

All Verity Threds sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Exchanges or store credit may be offered for eligible items. If an item has a verified production defect or LED malfunction, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

Damage caused by wear, improper care, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not considered a production defect and is not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Because many Verity Threds pieces are one of one, handmade, or heavily embellished, replacement with the same item cannot be guaranteed.
